As an old married woman, my opinion might not be relevant here. I have a daughter who is 25, busy, active, fit, successful, etc. But the thought of her having run a marathon in each of the 50 states by that age is just impossible to imagine. I think that looks pretty intimidating. Maybe just saying you enjoy training for and running marathons might be enough. Or that could just be my take. Of course it’s something you’re proud of (and should be!) but it might be worth saving to mention in person once the guy sees how non-intimidating you really are. You seem very likable to me. (I can’t view the pix either.) But very busy and driven and even a little manic, maybe. I’d put a few more mentions in about enjoying relaxing at home to balance it out (if that is true). Those who care to stay in the game longer will see more, and eventually, they will understand more about you. However, no one is entitled to see everything at once. I think less is more in terms of profiles. Sometimes, writing too much allows people to make many assumptions about who you are before they even “wink.” I think Moxie’s statement about you sounding high maintenance is true. My boyfriend dated a woman who was always making plans way ahead of time, and she was pretty high maintenance – carried Chanel bags, spent a lot of money, drove a really pricey car. In the end, she turned out to be pretty superficial. I’m not saying that’s you – but a lot of people would jump to that conclusion rather than, “Oooh! A girl who values health! Let me reach out to her.”
Shit His Dad Says About Girls

Wonderbras, Dating, and the Art of False Impressions

What It Is Like Dating Someone Breathtaking?

How To Be A Total Asshole On A Date

When Your Valentine is Your Daughter

How To Be With 4 Women At The Same Time

You're Never Too Old For True Love!

Be All the Things You Want In a Partner

The Miscommunication Madness That Kills Love

Passion.
